Woman arrested for drugs & assault

A Penticton woman faces numerous charges after attempting to sell drugs to an off duty police officer.
The incident took place Wednesday.
"Marie Allaby, 24, has been charged with trafficking in ecstasy and assaulting a police officer as a result of the incident," says Penticton RCMP Constable, Jason Burndred.
He says the off duty officer is a member of the Penticton RCMP Drug Task Force.
