Kelowna bear spray attack

An 18-year-old male faces charges following a bear spray attack in downtown Kelowna Tuesday evening.
Police say a man, seated in a vehicle in a parking lot near Harvey and Pandosy, was the victim of the attack.
RCMP arrested two suspects fleeing the scene into City Park. Both were taken into custody.
One man was released without charges, the other faces charges of assault with a weapon and resisting arrest.
The victim received only minor injuries as a result of the attack.
