The first Luxe Fashion Market is popping up in Kelowna in support of a local charity.
With over 20 tables of preloved and new shoes, clothing and accessories, this fashion market is designed to help ladies update their wardrobe while supporting local charities.
This Closet Cleanout event will support All Are Family Outreach — a 100 per cent volunteer-run charity serving those in dire need from Armstrong to Kelowna — which will receive a portion of the money raised.
“We continue to support local charities with our series of Closet Cleanout events," said event organizer Rosanne Ting-Mak Brown.
“And we are pleased to help All Are Family Outreach with a portion of the Luxe Fashion Market proceeds. Currently, AAFO is trying to raise funds to get a newly donated van on the road to help deliver food throughout the Central Okanagan to those who need it.”
People attending the event can browse items, enjoy live music, sample tea and wine.
The market runs on Feb. 26 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Laurel Packinghouse downtown Kelowna. More details are here.
