Lavinia Tabitha Turner (DOB: 1989-07-18) is wanted for 2 counts of Possession of Drugs For Trafficking and Fail To Attend Court.

Turner is described as a 18-year old Caucasian female, 5'4" tall(162cm) and 160 lbs(72.7kg). She has brown hair and brown eyes.
