Three men have admitted guilt in connection with an attack on two homeless people.
The accused were caught on video back in November, 2007 pouring paint on the two victims who were sleeping in a downtown back alley.
After a lengthy investigation, Kelowna RCMP say the accused have been dealt with by the courts.
They say that three of the four males have been dealt with through the "alternative measures" process and have been sentenced to 24 hours community service with a focus on helping the homeless.
Police say that the fourth man who was with the accused when the crime was committed, had no direct involvement in the attack.
The men have also been ordered to write a letter of apology to the victims and to pay restitution.
Reaction to come.
