A search warrant for a Vernon home netted another grow operation for Vernon police.
On July 2nd, members from the Vernon detachment and the Community Response Unit, descended on a home in the 6400 block of Cardinal Rd.
Once inside, police found 104 marijuana plants that were ready for harvest, and arrested a 52-year-old male resident.
"The residence has been posted under the City’s Drug By-law," says RCMP spokesperson, Gordon Molendyk.
"The male will answer to the charge of production of a controlled substance," Molendyk says. "He was released on a Promise to Appear on the 15th of October in Vernon courts."
