A little before midnight on May 4th, Kelowna RCMP got a complaint from several witnesses who said they saw three males spray painting several buildings around the Capri Centre Mall at the 1800 block of Gordon Drive.

Constable Julie Rattee says the attending officers spotted the men running from the area.

Police were quick to catch the men red-handed with spray painting gear in tow and paint on their hands.

Two of the suspects were 18, one of them 19. All were arrested for mischief and were later released on promise to appear.

Meantime, the investigation continues.
