CRIME: THEFT OF VEHICLE
DATE: 2008-04-15
RCMP FILE: 2008-18668

Westbank RCMP responded to a complaint in the 2000 block of Highway 97 South Tuesday morning, April 15th where a resident’s van had been stolen from the driveway of the home. Stolen is a blue 1997 Ford van, BC licence # 1217 KG. Inside the vehicle was a golf bag, carpeting and carpeting tools. This incident serves as a reminder to the public to ensure that valuables are removed from their vehicle and the vehicle is adequately secured.
