Taste of Kelowna next weekend

Kelowna will be very tasty next weekend.
The BC Restaurant & Foodservices Association is holding the 19th annual Taste of Kelowna food fair Sunday March 30 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at The Kelowna Curling Club.
More than 100 dishes from local restaurants, wineries and breweries will be available.
There will be flavours from all around the world including Thai, European, Malaysian, Chinese, Vietnamese and East Indian as well as many Canadian favourites.
All tasting are just $1 or $2 each and include such items as: grilled lamb pops, Thai chicken taco, braised beef short ribs, mini pecan sticky buns and milk chocolate pate.
Net proceeds go to The Okanagan boys and Girls club, The YMCA-YWCA Strong Kids Campaign & Kids Care to help local community members in need of assistance.
Over $140,000 has been donated from the Taste of Kelowna since it began.
Entry is $4 admission at the door, kids 7 – 12 get in for $2 and those six years and under come in for free.
