Police are searching for bank robbery suspect.

Kelowna, BC: On March 11th, at approximately 3:40 pm, a lone man
entered the ScotiaBank located at the corner of Dilworth Drive and
Harvey Ave in Kelowna.  This unknown man produced a note to the teller
indicating a demand for money or he'll start shooting.  The teller
observed the handle of a dark coloured handgun in the waist band of the
suspect's pants.  The teller hesitated and the suspect gestured to the
handgun which was tucked in his pants.  An undisclosed amount of cash
was given to the suspect along with a dye pack.  He was last observed heading south bound from the bank towards Springfield Road.

The description of the robbery suspect is as follows:
Caucasian man, 45-55 years of age,  5"7", 140 lbs., slight build,
bright blue eyes, acne scars on face, pock marked face, grey hair, very
weathered appearance, scruffy, dirty & unkempt, thin lips, pointy chin,
hollow cheeks.

Please find attached a photograph of the suspect taken from the
bank’s video surveillance footage. The suspect should not be approached.
