Kelowna RCMP want to know who made tracks with excavator tracks.

Police say eight rubber excavator tracks, weighing approximately 300 pounds each, were stolen recently from a lot on Old Vernon Road.

"Sometime between 4:30 p.m. January 21 and 8 a.m. January 22, a suspect or suspects broke into a parked transport trailer parked behind Terra Cut Supply and made off with eight rubber excavator tracks," says RCMP Constable, Julie Rattee.

She says the tracks are estimated to be worth about $8,000.

Anyone with information regarding the theft are asked to call the Kelowna RCMP Detachment or Crime Stoppers.
