An immigration hearing in Vancouver next week will determine if four of seven people arrested in Kelowna Wednesday on suspicious activity will be allowed to stay in Canada.
One man picked up was already wanted on an outstanding warrant for fraud related activity in the US.
The group included two youths aged 13 and 14 and five adults in their 40's.
All claim to be related and come from Sweden, Denmark, Germany and the U.S.
Their arrests came after a number of fraud complaints the past few weeks in the Kelowna area.
