Saturday morning started badly for a man visiting Kelowna.
Demian Seale of Victoria was riding a bicycle along Spall Road around 7:45 a.m. when he was struck by a car.
Seale had just crossed Harvey Avenue when he was struck by a car crossing Spall from Parkinson Way.
He was wearing a helmet and gloves, but still suffered a fractured arm and bruises. He was treated at Kelowna General Hospital.
The car, described by witnesses as a black coupe or sedan, is believed to have left the scene after the accident.
