Toronto police have arrested a second man in connection with the shooting death of an 11-year-old boy killed in the crossfire of a gang shootout while attending a birthday party this weekend.
Gregory Sappleton, 21, was taken into custody late Monday afternoon, and has been charged with first-degree murder of Ephraim Brown.
Akiel Eubank, also 21 and an alleged gang member, was apprehended earlier and charged with first-degree murder in connection with Brown's death.
Eubank, an alleged member of the Five Point Generals, appeared in court on Monday.
