For most living in the B.C. Southern Interior, the Coquihalla can invoke feelings of anxiety (because of driving conditions) or frustration (because of closures).

It's unlikely it's ever been described as calming, but videos uploaded to YouTube make it look rather pleasant.

If nothing else they provide an interesting and rarely seen view of the highway.
