Casa Loma resident Scott Rowland will be attending Wednesday's public hearing.
The public hearing in West Kelowna on Wednesday night will not be a short one.
Nor will it be sparsely attended.
The Casa Loma Community Association believes there will be nearly 500 people in attendance for the Blackmun Bay public hearing. The Casa Loma community is opposed to Blackmun Bay and has been since it was first proposed by Calgary-based Landstar Development Corporation.
The public hearing is being held at Westbank Lions Community Centre—and not West Kelowna City Hall—due to the expected large attendance. It will begin at 6 o’clock and is sure to last well into the evening.
