Power has been restored to BC Hydro customers in north Vernon after a two-hour outage.
There is no word yet on the cause of the outage.

BC Hydro is working to restore power to a large swath of north Vernon at this hour.
The outage impacts more than 5,000 customers and extends into Coldstream and Spallumcheen.
First reports came in at 12:11 p.m. Sunday, and crews were dispatched shortly after. There is no identified cause as yet.
