Emergency crews were called to a serious accident in the Cloverdale area of Surrey at midnight Saturday.

Sgt. Mike Roberts said on Aug. 17 at approximately 12 a.m., Surrey RCMP responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of 56th Avenue at 184th Street.

“Initial indications are that serious and potentially life-threatening injuries have been sustained as a result of this collision,” said Roberts.

The investigation into the collision is in its early stages and investigators are seeking witnesses who observed the collision, or who observed the vehicle prior to the collision, to contact the Surrey RCMP.

Investigators are also seeking any available dash-cam video.
