Get ready for some heat.
Environment Canada is calling for above-average high temperatures and mostly sunny skies this week for the Kelowna area.
Today is expected to be sunny with a high of 29 C and winds out of the north at 20 km/h. Not surprisingly, the UV Index will be very high at 9.
The only blip on the radar is Tuesday, when there is a 60 per cent chance of showers.
Tomorrow is expected to hit 31 C, and next weekend is looking similar, at least as of now.
