Kelowna's Mission Creek Mountain Bike Skills Park officially reopens next week.

With a $60,000 upgrade complete, the Hollywood Road park promises a new and gnarly experience.

Over the past year, the skills park has been transformed.

The old wooden ramp and jump set has been replaced with a dirt berm, and three new professional jump lines have been added. Ranging from intermediate to expert, the jumps have been created to build riders’ skills as they progress.

The beginners' pump track has also received an upgrade, while remaining accessible for riders of all abilities.

The revamped park will officially reopen on Tuesday.
