Family and friends of those shot in Penticton on April 15 came to court on Wednesday for alleged shooter John Brittain's arraignment, filling the front row of the courtroom so they could be certain the accused could see their faces on his video feed from the Okanagan Correctional Centre.
Outside the courthouse, a man who identified himself as Susan's brother told media he believes the death penalty should be brought back.
