City wants your feedback

The City of Penticton is seeking your opinion on, well, the city.

The municipality is kicking off a citizens survey, last completed in 2013, to take the pulse of the community on quality of life, city services and priorities.

Residents interested in participating can complete the survey online or with a hard copy available for pickup at the Seniors’ Centre, City Hall, Library and Community Centre.

"Citizen surveys are an important form of measurement that allow council and staff to evaluate services and measure changes either year over year or city by city,” said engagement strategist, JoAnne Kleb.  “The information collected is of considerable value for council and staff when planning annual budgets, setting priorities or evaluating services.”

The survey will remain open until May 3.

“We encourage everyone to get involved and share their thoughts,” said Kleb.

Participants will be entered in a draw to win one of 10 gift cards valued at $100 each to a variety of stores.
