Kids at Kelowna's St. Joseph's Catholic School skipped their way to $14,000 for the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

The annual fundraiser happens at schools across the country, but St. Joe's outdid itself, raising an outsized amount for such a small student body.

"We may be a small school, but we've got a whole lot of heart!" said Grade 5 teacher Kate Hopley.
