Walk and Talk for Life

A research study investigating the benefits of exercise and socialization for seniors is coming to the Okanagan Regional Library in Vernon.

The program called Walk and Talk for Life offers older adults the chance to socialize, exercise, learn and explore a local area, and enjoy the natural environment.

Walking and socializing provides many health benefits, especially for seniors.

All walks are free, safe and fun.

Participation is voluntary and drop-ins are welcome.

It is offered every Monday and Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the meeting room at the Vernon Library.
