A woman is in hospital after being stabbed early Sunday morning in Vancouver.

Vancouver police are investigating after a woman, 20, was found suffering from stab wounds in Champlain Heights at about 5 a.m.

Police responded to reports of a disturbance on Cleadon Court near Dunelm Avenue.

The woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

As of now, no arrests have been made and police say there is no risk to the public.
