Happy mudders!

319 racers tore up the hill at Big White this weekend as the 2018, Mudd, Sweat & Tears Kelowna ran participants through an 8km obstacle course. Racers faced a series of fun obstacles like climbing over a net, crawling through mud underneath barbed wire, swimming through a pond and climbing up a steep wooden feature and down the other side among others.

As a reward for the enduring the Mudd, Sweat & Tears participants earned a frosty beverage in the beer garden following the race.

This coming weekend Big White is hosting the annual L'Alpe de Grand Blanc road bike ride from Kelowna to Big White. This fully-supported 60km ride is an incredible challenge for any cyclist. There is also a shorter 9.8km hill climb for juniors and youth starting at the Gem Lake parking lot.
