It's JoAnne McKenzie's mission to help Kelowna's homeless. 

The Kelowna Gospel Mission outreach worker's daily routine on the streets of the city is the focus of a new video released by the mission, Tuesday.

Early each morning, she tours the downtown, checking in with those sleeping on the streets and in alleys, making sure they're fed, hydrated and receive the supplies they need.

"If we can help them and work together as a community, then I feel that we can put a dent in the homelessness in Kelowna so that they can get the help that they need,'' she said.
