Interior Health is announcing changes to access and parking for the MOOG and Friends Hospice due to the construction on the new tower at Penticton Regional Hospital.

From July 31 until Dec. 2018, pedestrian and vehicle access will be closed from Government Street through Hospice Road. Alternatively, the facility can be accessed off of Industrial Ave.

“The hospice parking lot, excluding two handicap parking stalls, will also be closed and hospice parking will be relocated to the South parking lot,” an IH notice reads.

Signage and flaggers will be in place on Government Street to help people find their way and direct traffic to the Industrial Ave. entrace.
