The Summerland RCMP say the man has been identified and charges are pending.
"We thank the public for their assistance in helping to identify this liquor store lifter," said Cpl. Richardson.

Peacock's Perch Liquor Store in Summerland managed to catch a shoplifter in the act with a security camera.
At about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday night, a man walked out of the store with a large bottle of booze.
He was wearing a red ball cap and high-visibility work jacket. Employees of the store say they opened a file with the Summerland RCMP immediately and hope someone can identify the man.
