Cross country ski enthusiasts can get two for the price of one this weekend.

Sovereign Lake Nordic Club and Silver Star Mountain Resort share one of North America’s premier cross country ski trail networks and this weekend the two ski areas are giving out free dual area pass upgrades.

Seasons pass holders at Sovereign and Silver Star will automatically be upgraded to the dual pass Saturday and Sunday as will people who purchase a day pass at either site.

Joined at four points, the Silver Star and Sovereign share Canada’s largest daily groomed trail network with 105 km of skiing available.
