This fish tale has a sad ending.
A five-foot long white sturgeon living in a 15,000-gallon tank at a new megamall has died.
The huge fish was the subject of a petition to give it a "better life" by removing it from Tsawwassen Mills, a huge new mall near the ferry terminal.
Animal rights activists expressed concerns about the endangered fish's behaviour and petitioned to have it relocated.
The fish had come from a fish farm and couldn't be released into the wild.
