The driver in a deadly hit and run has pleaded guilty in the death of a Lower Mainland woman.
Ibrahim Ali pleaded guilty Thursday to dangerous driving causing death and failure to stop at an accident.
A sentencing hearing is set for Nov. 24.
The March 9 collision in Burnaby killed 25-year-old Emily Sheane.
Sheane was driving home from work at a restaurant in Vancouver when Ali's Range Rover ran a red light and struck her vehicle. She died on impact.
The Range Rover fled the scene, but two suspects were arrested days later, 700 kilometres away in Creston.
