Two people were transported to hospital, following a two vehicle collision on Westminster Avenue in Penticton, Thursday afternoon.
Penticton fire captain Ken Younghusband said firefighters responded to the scene in the 400 block at about 12:17 p.m., after a person reported hearing a loud crash.
The drivers of both vehicles were taken from the scene by BC Ambulance. RCMP also attended.
The 400 block of Westminster was closed as of 1 p.m., to clear the crash scene.
People who live in the area said the street is very busy and drivers need to slow down.
