Canadian music legend and B.C. native Bryan Adams is coming to the Okanagan.

The multi-platinum recording artist is coming to Penticton Nov. 17 with ‘The Get Up Tour’.

Tour promoters say Get Up is a body of work that Adams is truly proud of.

With multi-instrumentalist songwriter and producer Jeff Lynne (The Beatles, Paul McCartney, Randy Newman, Traveling Wilburys) at the helm shaping the record, Get Up sits nicely alongside Adams’ earlier classics.

Adams has spent the last three decades making music history, selling upward of 65 million records, touring six continents and achieving No. 1 status in more than 40 countries around the world.

He has been awarded the Order of Canada, has been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and has a Star on Canada's Walk of Fame.

Adams has also been nominated for and won several Academy Awards, Golden Globes and Grammy's, has a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and has been inducted into Wembley's Square of Fame.

Tickets for the show at the South Okanagan Events Centre are $69 or $99 plus all applicable service charges and tax.
