Emergency personnel rushed to the scene of a three-vehicle accident this morning in Penticton.

About 8:15 a.m., first responders were called to the crash at Government Street and White Avenue.

According to a witness at the scene, an off-duty firefighter was tending to patients who had minor injuries and were quite shaken by the accident.

RCMP remained on scene investigating and road closures around the area were in effect.
