Brazen Lake Country B&E

RCMP are searching for a suspect after an eyewitness watched a brazen daytime residential break-in Tuesday morning.

Lake Country RCMP responded to a 911 emergency call of a break and enter in progress at a residence in the 10000 block of Seaton Road on May 24 at 11:45 a.m.

“Police have learned that the suspect rang the home's doorbell and attempted to gain entry into the home through the rear doors. He then forced entry through a side door of the residence,” said Const. Jesse O’Donaghey, RCMP spokesperson.

Once inside, O'Donaghey said the suspect stole a 55-inch flat screen television (serial number 55LF6000) and an old wood-stained jewellery box along with various pieces of jewellery.

“The suspect was associated to a vehicle which was driven up to the residence and left idling with a woman suspect waiting inside,” said O'Donaghey.

The male suspect is described as a bald Caucasian man, between 30-40 years of age, with tattoos up both sides of his neck. The tattoos include two skulls on the right side of his neck and a black and grey striped tattoo on the left side of his neck. He was said to be wearing a black shirt, black hoodie and two-toned blue and black jeans.

The female suspect is described as Caucasian female with long dark hair past her shoulder.
