Police are looking for a "high-risk missing person."
RCMP in Surrey say Neil McRae went missing at about 8 p.m. Tuesday and was last seen on 154th Street in Surrey.
"He has not been seen or heard from since," said police in a release.
He's a 33-year-old Caucasian man who has albinism. He's about 6-foot-1 with white hair and is skinny. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, grey dress shorts and possibly a baseball cap.
Police say he suffers from physical and mental disabilities.
"Police and family are concerned for his health and well-being," they say.
