The Westside Wine Trail will be a busy place to be during the Okanagan Fall Wine Festival.

From star gazing and carnival games to harvest dinners and open houses, the wineries of the Westside Wine Trail have brought back some annual favourites as well as added some new events to their calendar.

Ten wineries make up the Westside Wine Trail, all within a few kilometres of one another.

There are also three new wineries to discover during the 10-day festival, with Ciao Bella Winery, Off The Grid Organic Winery and The Hatch all having opened since May.

Tasting rooms along the wine trail are open daily, with several of the wineries hosting events during the festival.

This year is a particularly good one to take in winefest, as the harvest started early, which means visitors can see everything from grapes still on the vines and activity in the vineyards to crushing taking place.

Check prior to attending events, as some require tickets or reservations.
