Kelowna RCMP have now confirmed a 21-year-old Kelowna woman died following a head on collision Friday evening.

“A Traffic Reconstructionist attended to examine the scene and more will be known following the conclusion of his investigation,” adds Holmes.

The name of the deceased woman is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin.
