The Kelowna Rockets received a 32-save effort from goaltender Jackson Whistle and scored a pair of powerplay goals on the way to a 4-1 Western Hockey League win over the host Edmonton Oil Kings on Tuesday.
Whistle stopped 16 shots in the third period to stymie a comeback bid by the Oil Kings, who trailed 2-0 after the first period and 3-1 going into the third.
