A thief or thieves targeted a Kelowna hunting store overnight.

According to police, a white pick-up truck backed into the front window of A&C Sports on Banks Road sometime before 4 a.m. Wednesday morning, allowing someone to gain access to the store. 

While store owners are still trying to determine what may have been taken, police say two shotguns may have been stolen in the robbery.

Authorities are also combing through security footage to try and identify the thieves.

If you saw or heard anything in the area of Banks and Baron Road about 4 a.m. you're asked to contact Kelowna RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
