Residents of a home on the 3600 block of Redecopp Road in Lake Country arrived home to find that a rear spare bedroom window had been smashed with a plant pot. Once inside, the thief rummaged through all the rooms and dressers and left with a variety of blue ray DVD’s and some cash. A neighbour had noticed an unknown male wearing a dark hoodie and sweat-pants knocking on the door around noon.

The owner of a stolen piece of farm equipment reported the theft to Lake Country RCMP. On July 30th a blower pump was taken from an orchard on the 9900 block of Read Road. The pump is a Hypro Series 6500C, which is designed for agricultural and industrial spraying.
