Date fixed for decision

The judge's decision in the TJB* case is expected to be made on Nov. 28 in a Penticton courtroom.

TJB, 23, has pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual interference of a person under 16, invitation to sexual touching and sexual assault tied to incidents that allegedly took place from June 2011 to the summer of 2012, with a young boy.

Defence lawyer Michael Welsh and crown counsel Catherine Crockett entered their submissions last week.

TJB denied all allegations against him at his trial in August.

The boy earlier testified about being involved in different sexual activities with the accused.

After hearing the submissions, Justice Catherine Bruce said last week that she would not be giving an immediate judgement. The case was set over to Oct. 20 to fix a date.
