Two panhandlers facing charges were given absolute discharges at their sentencing in a Penticton court room on Thursday morning.
Jordan Ricketts and Erwin Sedlmeier were both looking at a charge each of soliciting a person who is in a stopped vehicle.
The two received the discharges as they had completed 15 hours of community work, according to crown counsel.
Judge Meg Shaw handed down the sentence.
