5. Payment for items must be received within 2 weeks of bid closing. If high auction bidder does not pay within this time frame (plus a short grace period) the automobile may not be available for purchase at a later date.
6. Castanet.net reserves the right to remove the car from the auction prior to the closing date or time if there are no bids on it.
7. Bidders must be 19 years of age or older to participate in the auction. By entering a bid, you are agreeing to pay for the item if you’re the winning bidder. Bidder is expected to honour winning bid.
8. Bids can be made at any time of day.
9. Successful bidder will be contacted by telephone and/or e-mail. Details for claiming the automobile to be outlined at this time.
10. Closing bids are determined on the bidding close date.
11.
